PyTorch Community Meetup Kampala

PyTorch Community Meetup Kampala brings together students, researchers, developers, ML/AI practitioners, and open-source contributors in Uganda and across East Africa to learn, share, and connect around PyTorch and modern AI.

Hosted by the PyTorch East Africa Community in collaboration with the IndabaX Makerere University Student Chapter and the IEEE Computer Society Makerere University Student Branch Chapter, the meetup will feature technical talks, practical insights, community discussions, and opportunities to connect with others building and learning in AI/ML.

Topics will include PyTorch, machine learning, deep learning, and open-source AI, with contributions from practitioners and researchers working in the region.

The meetup is open to anyone interested in learning about PyTorch, sharing their work, meeting other AI/ML practitioners, or becoming part of the growing open-source AI community in East Africa.
