Call for Proposals Open for PyTorch Conference North America 2026

PyTorch Foundation is officially opening the Call for Proposals (CFP) for the event, held October 20–21 in San Jose, California. PyTorch Conference gathers top-tier AI pioneers, researchers, and developers to explore the future of open source AI and the impact of PyTorch Foundation projects like PyTorch, vLLM, DeepSpeed, and Ray.

Technical Tracks and Submission Categories

We are seeking submissions for breakout sessions and posters that emphasize implementation details, architectural insights, and developer tooling. Proposals are being accepted across the following technical tracks:

  • Applications — projects showcasing the PyTorch ecosystem
  • Training — techniques and libraries for training
  • Inference — techniques and libraries for inference
  • Core PyTorch — changes to the PyTorch framework
  • Kernel Engineering — compilers, optimization, and domain-specific languages
  • Responsible AI — ethics, governance, security, sandboxing and privacy

Important Dates and Deadlines

The following milestones govern the 2026 program schedule:

  • June 7: Session CFP Closes (11:59 PM PDT)

  • July 20: Speaker Notifications Sent

  • July 21: Session Schedule Announcement

  • July 26: Poster Submissions Due (11:59 PM PDT)

  • October 19: Presentation Slides Due

  • October 20–21: PyTorch Conference North America 2026

Registration and Super Early Bird Savings

Super Early Bird registration is active. Attendees who register by April 10 at 11:59 PM PDT secure a pass at a discounted rate. Academic pricing is available for students and faculty members currently affiliated with accredited institutions.
